I've been taking it for about two weeks now switched from the mega man sport paks. The little red "calorie burning pill" does give me a noticeable amount of energy for a few hours sort of like drinking 3 cups of coffee quickly.

That's all ive noticed. The two multi vitamins are the same mega man vitamins that are sold separately and with the other vitapaks. I have also taken adipo x pills and the little red pill in these paks have nothing as far as energy on these. Originally Posted by chunkyfatboy. All GNC Vitamins suck. Of course they also charge more than many far better formulas. So it's a lose-lose. The rest of that pack doesn't look much better. The amp creatine So what u recommend instead? Sorry to bump an old thread, but I just wanted to weigh in. Anyways I shot the entire package at about am, an hour after having breakfast. I felt amazing for the next 2 hours at work Dieing to go to the gym..

Now its noon and my stomach is not so happy, and I feel a little nausea but who knows if thats from the vitamins or whatever. Anyways Il keep taking it for the next 30 days and see if my workouts improve etc. Also I am currently trying to keep my calorie intake under 1, daily, to cut weight. I did a year long bulk, then got hurt and stopped working out so I packed on an extra 20lbs of fat I dont need. Im weighing in at as of yesterday. Im aiming to get back down to my ideal weight of lbs before christmas.

Wish me LUCK! If befor the gym how long befor? Take them in the morning. Maybe like an hour before the gym so its in your system. I've notice taking them on an empty stomach makes your stomach ache.

I've been taking it for like a month. I hate it, it makes me feel dehydrated and weak. I feel like I struggle more with weights than if I took nothing at all.

It leaves me with no endurance for a long work out. I took my unopened pack back today and got the. Mega men Sport. That's what I started with and it worked fine. As for the remaining packs I have left of the Extreme Athlete, I suspect its the x12 pill that makes me fill horrible. Today Ill remove it and see if I feel better the gym. Probably gonna retur it and get something else. That stuff worked pretty good but the guy at GNC told me this stuff was better. I personally like how the dosage is 6 pills because I carry around a small pill bag with me everyday and I take 2 of my orange triad with my main meals so I'm constantly breaking down vitamins all day. If you refuse to pay that much still then Orange Triad is a good bit cheaper and is very solid vitamin wise and you get a decently dosed joint supplement as well.

And again most people really don't need 6 tabs a day. Originally Posted by dtotten. Free Agent Instagram. Reality is it is a good multi vitamin, but it's overpriced and not worth what they charge. When they sold me on it the Creatine, NO, and fat burner were pretty much there main points on what separated it from other multis.

In my opinion you would be better off getting Animal Paks or something similar and if you want the creatine, NO and the fat-burner to go for another more potent source. Return it and get the Ultra Mega Green vitamin.

Lol, anyways the combo worked great for a couple months but after a while either I had reached my "plateau" or my body just got used to the workouts or supplements.

I might add that I did vary my routine from week to week. Okay fast forward to arriving back in states. I tried same combo and did awesome with it. Until the plateau effect hit again. I divide the red thermo and grey NO pills before workout and take the other three post workout. Perfect balance and price in my opinion. But Im no expert. I just know what works for me. Gnc multis just the multi no pak are ok they a step better than you walmart brands and brands like em.

With that being said extreme athelete is one the dumbs things I have ever seen assembled. I hated being forced to try to sell it. You fat burner is actually a preworkout you only get half a dose of amp creatine an and they throw in the no max because it help to sell the product.
